二、性能特点 Features

   本机适合于方形钢壳或铝壳锂离子电池抽真空泄漏检测；

   This is used to test the leak performance for prismatic battery steel can or Al can;

   采用密封腔体在内外有压力差的情况下，如铝壳或钢壳有焊接不良，有轻微泄漏的时候，通过精密压力传感器检测，检测精度达到1Pa.或0.001ml/Min。

    Equipped precise press sensor with precision 1Pa.or 0.001ml/Min;

   机械手将电池放入定位板上，汽缸夹紧电池；

   Manipulator put batteries to fixing plate and then cylinder fix the battery;

   同时装夹5只电池，同时进行泄漏测试；

    Leak test for 5 cells at the same time;

   机械手自动将测试不合格的电池自动剔除到废料盒中。

   Manipulator will pick out the unqualified ones to the waste collector;

三、结构功能Structure and function

   本设备包含如下几个系统：his machine includes the following system:

   1.电池定位夹紧系统：机械手将电池放在定位台上，弹簧压轮将电池压紧。定位台采用POM赛刚塑料，避免损坏电池壳体。

    Battery positioning & fix system: Manipulator put batteries to positioning stage (made by POM plastic which protect the battery from d     amage) and tightly fixed the battery;  

   2.电池壳冲干燥气体系统：汽缸将抽真空腔体下压，吸盘贴紧于电池盒上表面，电池盒内的空气冲干燥气体（干燥空气或氮气）；

   Battery Can/shell drying system: cylinder pushes the vacuum tank down suction cup stick the can/shell       fill dry air to the inner p art (dry air or Nitrogen)

   3.机架系统：采用铝合金框架结构。frame: Aluminum alloy frame;

   4.控制系统：继电器控制，真空电磁阀控制真空。

     Control system: controlled by relay, vacuum is controlled by vacuum magnetic valves;

   5.曲线显示：时间-泄漏曲线. Curve show: to show time- leak curve;

四、产品使用环境 Environment

   压缩空气：0.4～0.6Mpa（4-6kgf/cm2　　），每台压缩空气的流量10L/min，使用率50％

   Compressed air:   0.4～0.6Mpa（4-6kgf/cm2）/set, 10L/min，utility 50％
